Dr. Hartman completed his undergraduate studies at Cornell
University where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Nutritional
Sciences. He received his doctorate from the New York College of
Podiatric Medicine where he graduated as Valedictorian. He then
completed three years of surgical training from St. Vincent Catholic
Medical Centers of Brooklyn and Queens and graduated as Chief
Podiatric Surgical Resident.
Dr. Hartman offers comprehensive podiatric care and specializes in
the treatment of diabetics, ulcers/wounds, bunions and hammertoes,
